Samantha Henthorn has covered a lot of ground in the third book of Curmudgeon Avenue series, Edna and Genevieve Escape From Curmudgeon Avenue. Edna, who did not appear a lot in the second book, has made an impressive comeback in the third part of the series. In the company of her beloved, Genevieve Dubois, Edna is smiling more and, funnily enough, farting even more. Her dream of settling in France has finally come true. However, she cannot ignore Genevieve’s reluctance to explore the country. Unbeknownst to Edna, Genevieve cannot risk being recognized due to a dark secret of her own.

The house with all its “nincompoops” is back with a whole new dose of stupidity in The second book in the Curmudgeon Avenue series, The Harold and Edith Adventures by Samantha Henthorn. With Edna presumably gone to France with the love of her life, Genevieve, Harold had become a permanent lodger in Number One Curmudgeon Avenue.
