Jumpsuits Under Pear Pressure – Yay or Nay?

If you have a pear-shaped body then I am sure you know what I am talking about. For those of you who do not know what is a pear shape, let me elaborate a tad. On a high level, if you have a lower body heavier than your upper body, you are pear-shaped. As you can imagine, since you do not have a proportionate body, there are several fashion pieces that you cannot try without trying, if you know what I mean.
As for me, the equation goes like this: top wears shouldn’t be an inch upper than XS, and bottom-wears vary from 28-30 inches, depending on the brand. If in this equation, you throw fashion pieces with “suit” attached to their names, you know that you are in trouble. Generally, the jumpsuits that fall under xs category, are designed to fit waists in 24-26 inches range. As you can contemplate, this calculation would not gel with me. Hence, the dilemma. Moreover, if you are an online shopping fanatic, the problem becomes a catastrophe.

I have come up with a strategy. If you are walking in my shoes, then you would comprehend my solution just fine. So, when it comes to purchasing bodysuits, I opt one size bigger than my top-wear, i.e. I go for S size. This works pretty well for me. Not perfect, though. While opting for Jumpsuits/Playsuits, I generally select the ones which are not legs-hugging. The items in this category with flared bottoms neither cause discomfort nor hug at all the wrong places.
Voila! That’s my solution under “pear pressure.” How do you cope with this issue? Share with me. <3
